New appointments for the month of July

1) Mr Fouad Jazouli - Appointed VP of Sales and
Operations effective July 2006. He
will oversee the sales & development of
Samtack's distribution business. He brings along
to Samtack his numerous years of experience as a
senior executive with a giant retail store chain
in Canada.
2) Robert Chin - Credit Manager/Controller
effective July 2006. Will be responsible
for credit matters pertaining to all Samtack
customers in the distribution and mass-merchandizer
divisions. Apart from this new role, he is also
currently the VP of Marketing
