Samtack has instituted a North American Strategic Planning session for all of their Managers and Supervisors for 2004/05 which will bring us fulfillment in our job responsibilities. We have also instituted a new benefit plan, adding valuable benefits such as critical illness benefits and free travel cancellation insurance for employees. Samtack introduced free access to self-help works, an online living lean programme for all staff and our families so that we could cope with stress. We have also instituted a counseling service for all Managers and Supervisors to address on-the-job challenges. Samtack instituted a counseling service for all employees to address both personal and professional challenges. We organized an annual function for achieving targets in October 2003 for all employees and our families at Deerhurst Resort. Samtack has given every employee and our family a one-year membership at Sam's Club, and are very flexible when it comes to working part-time at home. In consideration of our employees, Samtack management offices are on the inside of the building, and other staff offices are on the outside of the building with windows. |
