Dealers  

  1. Account subject to late payment charge of 2% per month plus collection costs including attorney fees

  2. $25.00 charge for any returned check

  3. Dealer's account will be on hold (without notification) if there are bounced cheque(s) or past due invoice(s) or account over credit limit

  4. 15% restocking fee will be charged on return

  5. All claim for shortage, damage, must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment

  6. All merchandise remains Samtack's property until payment is received in full

  7. Original packaging and this invoice must be presented if warranty services are required

  8. Charges may be imposed for unreasonable repair services if required

  9. Retain your invoice for future warranty service



  1. All Pine manufactured products, that sold by Samtack, carry 12 months of warranty from the date of the original invoice

  2. All other products carry the manufacturer's warranty of their brands, which may vary from one to another, and from 30 days to 3 years

  3. D.O.A. carries 15 days of warranty and will be replaced immediately. After 15 days of receiving, it will be treated as a regular RMA merchandise

  4. Warranty will not be covered any misuse, abuse, negligence, accidental damage by users, any unauthorized modification, and will be voided if any identification mark or serial number has been removed or tampered with



  1. Any sales return without a Sales Return Authorization Number (SRA#) will be returned to the customer with "freight collect" on the customer's liability. The SRA form can be obtained from your sales representative or simply email us at sales@samtack.com. No credit will be issued without a completed SRA form by the customer and approved by Samtack sales management team. SRA# is only valid for 10 days

  2. For credit items:

    • Products must be purchased within 30 days and returned in complete original package.

    • A copy of the original invoice and a copy of approval SRA form must be attached. SRA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned packages

  3. Any sales return for full credit (excluding shipping cost) will be accepted within 15 days from the date of the original invoice if all the above conditions are met. Sales return for credit after 15 days from the date of the original invoice will be charged a 15% of invoice amount for restocking fee. We will charge customers for any missing item in the returned package

  4. Full credit less shipping cost will be issued to all evaluation items within evaluation period - 15 days, otherwise, 15% of invoice value will be applied for restocking fee



If you are requesting RMA number by fax, our RMA department will only accept Samtack RMA form. Other forms will not be accepted. Please contact your sales representative or email us at sales@samtack.com to obtain the form

RMA department will issue a RMA# if all conditions are met and all information are completed. An RMA number is valid for only 30 days from the date issued.

  1. Your completed form definitely facilitates a proper product return process.

  2. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of package. An original RMA authorization form must accompany the invoice copy(s) and packing list.

  3. Mark down the problems on a masking tape and tape it on each place of product. Do not use 'DEAD' or we will reject.

  4. Do not include in the shipment of items other than those specified approved items.

  5. Damaged or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. Improper packaging will result in loss of warranty.

  6. Monitors, Scanners, Cases MUST be in original packing. Improperly packed items will be rejected with no consideration.

  7. Do not ship back the cables, manual, drivers, software. We are not responsible for them.

  8. RMA number is valid for 14 days only.

  9. All items with RMA# shipped in and found not from Samtack or out of warranty will be rejected.

  10. CUSTOMER shall be responsible for verifying the defective good(s) prior to return. Samtack may charge customer a $35 No Fault Found service charge for any product found to be in working condition.

  11. For computer systems, a minimun $130 will be charged for virus found or any other software problem.

  12. Products sent back without proper Return Material Authorisation and no physical damage found will incur a charge of $10 per item.

  13. Check on RMA status will not be available after 3 months.
